  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of Β½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ΒΌ tsp smoked paprika
  • ΒΌ tsp chili powder
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Β½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

For the Veggies:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • Β½ tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic parmesan seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water

1. Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine chicken breast slices with garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, smoked paprika, rotisserie chicken seasoning, roasted garlic paste, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Mix well and let marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
