📋 Ingredients

For the Pasta & Proteins:

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 large chicken breast, chopped
  • ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp blackening seasoning

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Seasonings (for chicken):

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Tony’s Creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Weber Kicked Chicken seasoning

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté the Veggies

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter or add olive oil.

Sauté the red bell pepper and onion until softened and caramelized (about 5–7 minutes).

Remove and set aside.

3. Brown the Sausage

In the same skillet, add sliced smoked sausage.

Cook until browned and edges are crisp. Remove and set aside.

4. Cook the Chicken

Season the chopped chicken with black pepper, Tony’s, adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, and Weber Kicked Chicken seasoning.

Cook in the skillet until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.

5. Blacken the Shrimp

Toss shrimp with blackening seasoning.

In the same pan, sear shrimp for 2 minutes per side until charred and opaque. Remove from heat.

6. Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a separate saucepan over medium heat, bring heavy whipping cream to a gentle simmer.

Gradually stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, whisking constantly until melted and creamy.

Adjust consistency by simmering a bit longer or adding a splash of pasta water if needed.

7. Assemble the Dish

Add the veggies, sausage, chicken, and shrimp back to the skillet.

Pour the Alfredo sauce over the mixture and stir to coat everything evenly.

Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well until everything is combined and heated through.

8. Garnish and Serve

Top with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh parsley for color.

Serve hot and enjoy this spicy, creamy flavor bomb!

🌶️ Pro Tips

Want it spicier? Add diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce.

Dairy-free option? Use coconut cream and vegan cheese for a plant-based version.

Make it ahead: This dish reheats well—just add a splash of milk or cream before reheating.
