Cheesy Marinara Chicken Sliders

Instructions
- Add chicken breast to a crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Add minced garlic and 2 cups of your favorite marinara/pasta sauce.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred the chicken once it is fully cooked.
- Slice open sweet rolls and add sliced mozzarella cheese as the bottom layer. Top with some of the shredded chicken (I didn’t quite use all of the chicken). Top with a little bit of shredded mozzarella cheese and a couple of handfuls of crispy fried onions. Place the tops of the rolls on.
- Melt 4 tbsp of butter and stir in garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush this mixture all over the tops of the sandwiches.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is starting to get a little toasted. Enjoy!
