- 1 tsp olive oil (to boil with the pasta)
🥣 For the Creamy Sauce:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ small onion, diced
- ½ bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
✨ For Garnish (optional):

- Fresh parsley or parmesan
🔥 Instructions
1. Season & Sear the Salmon:
Rub salmon with olive oil on both sides.
Season with salmon seasoning, paprika, adobo, and parsley.
Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Sear salmon on both sides until fully cooked (about 3–4 minutes per side).
Remove, let it rest, and chop into chunks.
2. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
Add 1 tsp olive oil and pasta. Cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce:
In the same skillet, add more olive oil and sauté diced onions and bell peppers until soft.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream. Mix until smooth and thickened.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted.
4. Combine Everything:
Toss cooked pasta into the sauce. Add salmon chunks and gently fold everything together.
Drizzle with extra olive oil or top with parmesan if desired.
