- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup unsweetened heavy whipping cream
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
For the Garlic Butter Compound
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
To Assemble
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Heat clarified butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F. Slice and set aside.
In another pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil. Slowly stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
Make garlic butter by mixing softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
Cut Italian bread lengthwise and spread 2–3 tablespoons of garlic butter on each half.
