- Seasonings:
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Asparagus
Trim about 1–2 inches off the tough ends of the asparagus and discard.
Step 2: Season & Toss
In a bowl, drizzle asparagus with olive oil and toss with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

In a large skillet, melt butter and add a little more olive oil over medium heat. Add the asparagus and minced garlic, tossing to coat.

Step 5: Finish & Serve
Remove from heat and drizzle remaining butter sauce over the asparagus. Sprinkle generously with grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Tips & Variations
- Make it Spicy: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic for a little heat.
- Extra Crispy: Roast in the oven at 425°F for 12–15 minutes instead of pan-cooking.
- Make it Vegan: Use vegan butter and skip the cheese, or use plant-based parmesan.
