  • 14 oz shaved beef
  • 32 oz heavy cream
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 orange pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic or garlic paste
  • 2–3 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
  • Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Kinder’s Prime Steak seasoning
  • Creole seasoning
  • 3–4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3–4 tbsp garlic herb butter
  • Provolone cheese, shredded
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Sauté the Veggies

  • Heat olive oil & butter in a large pot.
  • Add diced onions and peppers, sauté until softened.
  • Stir in garlic until fragrant.

Step 2: Cook the Beef

  • Add shaved beef to the pot.
  • Season with steak seasoning, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and stir until beef is fully cooked.
  • Remove beef & veggies from pot and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce

  • Lower heat to medium-low.
  • Add garlic herb butter to the pot and let it melt.
  • Stir in heavy cream and chicken bouillon powder.
  • Let simmer while stirring occasionally.

Step 4: Cook the Pasta

  • In a separate pot, boil water with chicken bouillon powder.
  • Cook pasta until al dente, then strain and set aside.

Step 5: Combine & Bake

  • Add shredded cheeses (provolone, mozzarella, Colby Jack) to the cream sauce. Stir until melted.
  • Stir in pasta, beef, and veggies until fully combined.
  • In a baking dish, layer pasta mixture and extra cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Top with parsley and bake at 375°F for 10–20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Pro Tips

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for the smoothest melt.
  • Try topping with breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish.
  • Swap penne for rigatoni or shells for fun pasta textures.
