1. Salisbury Steak with Onions and Peppers
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional for thickening gravy)
Sliced onions and green bell peppers for topping
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onions, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into patties.
In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Remove the patties and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until tender.
Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer. For a thicker gravy, dissolve cornstarch in a bit of water and add it to the broth. Let it cook until thickened.
Return the patties to the skillet and let them simmer in the gravy for a few minutes.
2. Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Gravy from the Salisbury steak
Instructions:

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes).
Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with the gravy from the Salisbury steak.

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
4 slices of bacon, chopped

1 can of crescent rolls
1/4 cup melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:

Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
Unroll the crescent rolls and roll them into their classic shape.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
Brush the crescent rolls with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake according to the package instructions until golden brown.
5. Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:

4 ears of corn, husked
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Boil the corn in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
Remove the corn and brush with melted butter.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
On a large plate, place a scoop of mashed potatoes with gravy, a couple of Salisbury steak patties with onions and peppers, and a serving of green beans with bacon.
Add a garlic butter crescent roll and an ear of corn on the cob.
