  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Chopped bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • Tony’s seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • All-purpose seasoning
  • Seasoned pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • Flour (for the roux)

For the Mac & Cheese (Teeny’s inspired, with a twist):

  • Elbow macaroni
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cream cheese
  • Butter
  • Seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • Optional: eggs if you’re baking it

🍴 Step-by-Step Instructions

🔥 The Smothered Meatballs

Season the Meat: In a large bowl, mix ground beef with Tony’s, garlic powder, all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, seasoned pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and an egg. Don’t forget those chopped bell peppers (almost did 😅).

Roll & Cook: Form evenly sized meatballs and cook in a little oil until almost done — don’t overcook, they’ll finish in the gravy.

Make That Gravy: In the same pan, sprinkle in some flour and stir until golden. Add in more peppers, beef broth + a bit of water, Lipton onion soup mix, the same seasonings as the meat, a dash of browning, and a packet of mushroom gravy mix.

Simmer the Love: Stir it up, bring to a simmer, and gently place the meatballs back in. Let everything bubble and thicken until the flavors meld. No exact time — just go by vibe and taste 👌.

🧀 The Mac & Cheese (Unfiltered Review Version)

Boil Pasta: Cook elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain.

Cheese Sauce: Mix heavy whipping cream, lots of freshly grated cheese (trust me, it hits different), cream cheese, butter, and seasonings. Melt together until creamy.

Combine & Bake: Mix sauce with pasta and bake if you like that crispy top layer.

🔥 Real talk? I tried to copy Teeny’s recipe, but I kinda did my own thing halfway through. It was still good, cheesy AF, and full of flavor — but next time, I’m going back to the simple route. 😂

🧂 That Final Plate Tho…

Y’all, this plate was giving. Cheesy mac, juicy smothered meatballs soaking in homemade gravy, and whatever else you throw on the side (greens, cornbread, a little rice?) — you can’t miss with this.
