For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Season the Lamb Chops

Pat lamb chops dry.

Season generously with your favorite spice blend.

If using, brush hot sauce over each chop, then coat with mustard.

Step 2: Prep the Flour Coating

In a bowl, combine flour, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

Mix well.

Step 3: Fry the Lamb Chops

Dredge each chop in the seasoned flour, coating fully.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).

Fry lamb chops for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove and drain on a paper towel.

Step 4: Make the Honey Garlic Sauce

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant and tender.

Stir in honey and seasonings. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Step 5: Coat & Serve

Toss fried lamb chops in the honey garlic sauce until fully coated.

Drizzle extra sauce on top before serving.

Serve with yellow rice, cheesy vegetable medley, and buttery croissants for a full meal.
