Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2–3 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic Blend (or your favorite all-purpose seasoning)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced (any color)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Optional: low-carb tortillas for serving

Instructions:

Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and Kinder’s Buttery Garlic Blend. Stir well.

Add Veggies:
Once beef is mostly browned, add diced onions and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5–7 minutes.

Add Garlic & Cream Cheese:
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add cream cheese and mix until fully melted and combined.

Assemble Casserole:
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with provolone cheese slices.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:
