👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Brownie Batter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13 pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, milk, eggs, and strawberry gelatin.
Mix until thick and smooth.
2. Make the Cheesecake Swirl
In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
3. Layer & Bake
Pour brownie batter into the pan.
Dollop cheesecake filling on top, then use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool for at least 1 hour before icing.
4. Make the Cheesecake Icing
In a bowl, combine cheesecake pudding mix, heavy cream, and powdered sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
Add milk as needed to thin the icing to your preferred texture.
Optional: Add a few drops of white gel food coloring to brighten the icing color.
5. Make the Strawberry Crunch Topping
In a bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, strawberry Jell-O powder, and melted butter until crumbly.
6. Assemble
Spread the cheesecake icing over cooled brownies.
Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously on top.
Slice and serve!
