- 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (10-ounce) can cream of corn soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in onion, salt, pepper, cumin, dried cilantro, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the onion is softened.
