While brownies are baking, in a mixer mix together peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar. Once everything is well combined roll into little peanut butter balls.

After brownies are baked, take them out of the oven and immediately press a peanut butter ball down into the brownie bite. Let sit in the pan for a few minutes then remove.

If you want to add a drizzle of chocolate over the peanut butter brownie bites you can melt dark chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips in the microwave (stirring every 10-15 seconds) until melted.

Use a fork to drizzle chocolate and let it sit until chocolate dries. Sometimes it also helps to put them in the refrigerator until the melted chocolate has hardened.
