- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp chili-lime adobo seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
- 4 ears fresh corn, kernels removed (or 1 can corn)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 (1.27 oz) packet chicken fajita seasoning
- 48 oz chicken broth
- Optional: hot sauce or extra heat seasoning
