- 1 (8-ounce) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
