Sheet Pan Pancakes
Sheet pan pancakes are perfect for meal prep! You can make a batch on the weekend and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Simply reheat them in the microwave or oven when ready to serve.

- 3 cups of Krusteaz pancake mix + ingredients needed to make pancakes
- 1 lb browned sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup syrup
- Butter
Brown 1 lb of breakfast sausage, drain grease, and set aside.
Mix together pancake mix following the directions on the box. Add 1 lb of browned sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and syrup. Stir together well. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
Pour pancake batter onto sheet pan and spread out evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Top pancakes with a little butter and syrup. Enjoy!
