Step 1: Melt Butter and Marshmallows
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and combined into a smooth mixture.
Step 2: Combine with Rice Krispies
- In a large bowl, pour 6 cups Rice Krispies.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the Rice Krispies and gently stir until evenly coated.
Step 3: Shape the Bars
- Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
- Transfer the marshmallow-Rice Krispies mixture into the tin, using a wet spoon or glass to press it down evenly.
Step 4: Melt and Add Kinder Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 200g Kinder chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed Rice Krispies mixture and spread it evenly using a spatula.
Step 5: Decorate and Set
- Optionally, top the bars with mini Kinder bars for extra decoration.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the bars are fully set.
Step 6: Slice and Enjoy
- Once set, remove from the tin and cut into bars.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store the Kinder Crispy Bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
For extra indulgence, drizzle with additional melted chocolate or serve with ice cream.
