- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 200 g Kinder chocolate plus extra for topping
Step 1: Melt Butter and Marshmallows
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and combined into a smooth mixture.
Step 2: Combine with Rice Krispies
In a large bowl, pour 6 cups Rice Krispies.
Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the Rice Krispies and gently stir until evenly coated.
Step 3: Shape the Bars
Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
Transfer the marshmallow-Rice Krispies mixture into the tin, using a wet spoon or glass to press it down evenly.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 200g Kinder chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed Rice Krispies mixture and spread it evenly using a spatula.

Optionally, top the bars with mini Kinder bars for extra decoration.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the bars are fully set.
Store the Kinder Crispy Bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
