Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 200 g Kinder chocolate plus extra for topping

Instructions
 

Step 1: Melt Butter and Marshmallows

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and combined into a smooth mixture.

Step 2: Combine with Rice Krispies

  • In a large bowl, pour 6 cups Rice Krispies.
  • Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the Rice Krispies and gently stir until evenly coated.

Step 3: Shape the Bars

  • Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Transfer the marshmallow-Rice Krispies mixture into the tin, using a wet spoon or glass to press it down evenly.

Step 4: Melt and Add Kinder Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 200g Kinder chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed Rice Krispies mixture and spread it evenly using a spatula.

Step 5: Decorate and Set

  • Optionally, top the bars with mini Kinder bars for extra decoration.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the bars are fully set.

Step 6: Slice and Enjoy

  • Once set, remove from the tin and cut into bars.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store the Kinder Crispy Bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
For extra indulgence, drizzle with additional melted chocolate or serve with ice cream.
