- 4 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
Start off with cutting the tomatoes into bitesize chunks and slice half a red onion
Next top with the brown sugar and add in all the spices and liquids.
